CHISCO GROUP, NOC AND NLRC SET TO TAKE 10 PEOPLE TO RIO 2016 OLYMPIC GAMES

In an unprecedented collaboration involving Chisco Transport Group, Nigeria Olympic Committee, National Lottery Regulatory Commission and O & I Contract Ltd (a marketing consulting company), ten (10) lucky winners from Nigeria shall join millions of visitors and sport enthusiasts from all over the world in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to witness the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.

The Organizations are collaborating for the sole purpose of organizing a tourism raffle promotion which will see lucky winners, emerging from three (3) regional draws, enjoy an all-expense-paid trip to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil for 2016 Olympic Games.

The Raffle Ticket, printed under the direct supervision of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) was officially unveiled on the 21st of October 2015 at the complex of the Nigeria Olympic Committee in Lagos. The occasion had in attendance the Secretary General of the Nigeria Olympic Committee, Mr. Tunde Popoola, Top Management Staff of the Chisco Group led by the Special Assistant to the Chairman, Sir Moses Chukwuka, Managing Director of O & I Contract, Mr. Isaac O. Isaac, top sport editors from leading Nigeria tabloids led by the Chairman of the Lagos Chapter of the Sport Writers Association of Nigeria, Mr. Fred Edoreh.

The tickets are being sold to the public for N200.00 Only throughout the Chisco Group business subsidiaries comprising Chisco Transport, Chisco Hotels, CTN Express (Courier) and Chisco Energy. Travellers transiting through the Chisco Transport Bus terminals have a greater chance of buying tickets and participating in the raffle as many times as possible. The Draws shall produce three (3) winners apiece from the Western and the Eastern Region, while the four (4) remaining winners will emerge from the Grand Finale Draw to be held in Abuja in July 2016.

All winners, according to Mr. Isaac O. Isaac, “will be transported to and fro Rio. They will be provided accommodation and feeding for the duration of the Games”.
