The Federal Government on Tuesday inaugurated the Abuja-Kaduna road which was given an emergency facelift with the sum of N1.1 billion. Mr Babatunde Fashola, the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, who inaugurated road, commended the contractor for completing the project on scheduled. The Federal Roads Maintenance Agency has started the rehabilitation of the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos to ease difficulty being faced by motorists. The Engineer in charge of the agency, Lagos East, Mr. Tayo Awodun told newsmen that the agency is working on both carriageways of the bridge in a manner that would not affect the flow of traffic.
