AMBODE UNVEILS $70M INTERCHANGE TO TRANSFORM OSHODI TO WORLD-CLASS TRANSPORT CENTRE

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, on Tuesday unveiled Oshodi Transport Interchange designed to transform Oshodi to a world-class transport centre and end all notorious activities in the area. The Governor said the transport interchange, which will cost $70 million, would be constructed on the public-private partnership arrangement, noting that it would be completed between 13 and 16 months.

AMBODE’S PROMISE MADE GOOD: REHABILITATION OF OSHODI-APAPA EXPRESSWAY COMMENCES

Barely a week after Governor Akinwunmi Ambode expressed his displeasure at the deplorable state of the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway and gave order for an immediate fix, Julius Berger Plc has moved to site and rehabilitation of the road has commenced. The Governor last week passed through the Cele-Ilasa-Isolo axis of Oshodi-Apapa Expressway and directed that the road be fixed immediately.
