Council chairmen in Cross River State on Saturday moaned over the abandoned state of federal roads, with a call to the Federal Government to urgently fix the roads in order to assuage the suffering of motorists. POLICEMEN ARRESTED FOR MOUNTING ROADBLOCKS

The Bayelsa State Police Commissioner, Mr. Adeyemi Ogunjemilusi, has ordered the arrest of two policemen for allegedly flouting the directive of the police headquarters against mounting of roadblocks.
