The Kaduna Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps has confirmed the death of three persons and declared 14 others missing after an 18-seater bus plunged into River Rijana on Kaduna-Abuja Road. The sector’s Head of Operations, Mr. Salisus Galadunci, said the accident occurred around 11pm on Tuesday.

No fewer than five passengers sustained injuries on Wednesday after a 20-foot container truck rammed into a commercial bus at the Anthony end of the Gbagada-Oshodi Expressway.
