A trailer driver, Kabiru Ademola, has been arrested by the police for allegedly crushing a pedestrian to death in the Mushin area of Lagos State. The driver was reportedly speeding with another truck when he lost control around 2.30am on Sunday and killed the victim, identified as Kamoru Ibrahim.

ONE KILLED AS CAR CRASHES INTO TRUCK
Tragedy struck on Thursday at the Onipanu end of the Ikorodu Expressway in Lagos State after a Toyota Camry crashed into a truck Our correspondent learnt that although the car driver escaped, the ‘motor boy’ of the truck was crushed to death. No fewer than five people, including two children, have been confirmed dead and 13 others injured after three vehicles crashed on the Third Mainland Bridge, Lagos State.
