The Executive Secretary, Nigerian Shippers’ Council, Mr. Hassan Bello, has hinted about plans to review the concession agreements between the Federal Government and port terminal operators. He said this during a courtesy visit by the council’s management team to the Tin Can Island Container Terminal in Lagos.
