The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) will from Tuesday May 10, confiscate and prosecute vehicle owners with substandard and expired types plying the highways across the nation. The Oyo State office of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria says it has seized about 2000 used imported tyres from traders in Ibadan.
